In October 2007, The Canadian Radio- Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) approved our application to establish Bolton's first local FM radio station.

CJFB FM (B105) broadcasts on 105.5FM at a power of 50 watts. It airs a mix of easy listening, adult contemporary and pop music, with emphasis on local and Canadian artists.  It also broadcasts news, sports, and local weather and traffic.

All local musicians and groups are encouraged to submit their material for consideration for airplay.

Our Services

CFGM FM (Caledon Information Radio) Licensed originally in 2007, the station serves northeast Caledon on 102.7FM and originally reatured an tourist information format, broadcasting a loop of regularly updated local information, local events and more.

On June 17, 2009, Radio Caledon Inc. received official notification from the CRTC that we have been approved for a new format to replace the pre-recorded tourist information format currently running on 102.7FM.

This new radio station will offer a broad music format that would include the following genres: pop, rock, jazz, easy listening and country.

An important feature of this license—and something that will make it very unique - is that we will be devoting a significant portion of our musical selections to local and Canadian artists over the broadcast week.  And of course, we will now be able to offer live programming as well.  This will truly transform the service we are able to provide to our listeners.

We are also excited to announce that on December 1st, 2009, we will be launching Pulse Magazine -a print magazine that will also be available for reading online.  This weekly magazine will be linked to an email notifier and will also benefit from promotion on our radio stations and all of our supporting websites.  Pulse magazine will contain articles pertaining to local business, sports and recreation, entertainment, & daily life in Caledon, Nobleton, Orangeville and north Brampton.

Our inaugural edition of Pulse Magazine (December 2009) will feature a full range of ad sizes, as well as advertising/editorial options which can serve to remind or educate readers and potential customers about your business, your expertise and your history - separating you from the competition.

This monthly magazine is an unbeatable value to get your business promoted to those who make the purchasing decisions in Caledon & the surrounding area.
